Rich in articles and discussions, it also provides a free EFT manual and a must-read landmark article on the Core Concepts of EFT - see the links across the top of the page for key resources. The Core Concepts can also be download as a PDF file for reference. Please join their newsletter too and you'll receive articles by email. For such a splendid site, it is underused - only 3 people in the whole world were on-line to the blog when last time we accessed it!
www.EFTUniverse.com is the new site that, since Gary Craig's retirement in 2010, replaces his original emofree.com site as the depository of the vast library of case histories and articles that were originally hosted on the emofree.com site. From how to do EFT to reports on a myriad applications and refinements of technique, you'll find it here. Take your time (you'll need plenty of it) - get to know this site and it will be your main EFT reference point for life.
